Kickboxing Conditioning is the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to that toned fighter physique you seek. You'll learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills combinations. Kickboxing Conditioning includes cardio calisthenics, bag work (150lb. bag), punch - kick - knee elbow strikes, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. Boxing Skills and Techniques
UFC GYM’s boxing skills and techniques class will take you to the next level by building on the foundation you've already established in prior boxing classes. This class teaches more experienced capabilities. It includes partner, offensive and defensive drills. Equipment such as headgear and 16 oz gloves are required.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi), students will learn the foundations of BJJ working on basic techniques and advance in technique and focus. Level 1 includes Takedowns, self-defense techniques, Position Controls, Position Escapes and Submissions for 50 mins. In Level 2, students will master the fundamental techniques and sequences, learning Takedowns, Submissions, Submission Escapes, Combo Attacks, Combo Escapes and BJJ technique drills for 80 mins. The program peaks at Level 3, where students can focus on more advanced techniques and sequences. This program includes Combination Takedowns, Takedown Counters, Live Takedowns, transition techniques, High Level Attacks & Escapes, High Level Counters & Submissions and specific BJJ games for 80 mins.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi)
Students will learn the foundations of BJJ working on basic techniques. The program includes Fundamental Takedowns, self-defense techniques, Position Controls, Position Escapes and Submissions. BJJ No Gi classes are less technical and offer a faster and more dynamic style of fighting. Students do not qualify for belt or stripe ranks in the BJJ No Gi program. 50 mins.
Daily Ultimate Training (D.U.T)®
Daily Ultimate Training (DUT®) is UFC GYM's signature high-intensity interval training boot camp designed to consistently shock your system and deliver results. The focus is on safe technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Each DUT class is a unique combination of modalities guaranteeing you will be challenged to the end.* Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility, quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights.
