Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ is a high paced, fun, 30-minute, high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout. BODYSHRED™ is designed as ‘Intelligent Training' which is based on a scientific, metabolic training approach to achieve a strong, sexy, SHREDDED body. You'll be taken through four 6-minute circuits utilizing Jillian's 3-2-1 interval approach. This ensures that you hit and effectively sequence the 3 vital aspects (resistance, cardio and core) to maximize every aspect of your training for your entire body (3 min. of strength, 2 min. of cardio, 1 min. of abs). It's time to get shredded!
