Youth MMA class teaches boxing/kickboxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, & strikes. It also includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/grappling to cover both striking and ground aspects. It increases strength and improves endurance. Youth MMA class will include cardio calisthenics, skills, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. These skills will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit.

BJJ No Gi classes are less technical and offer a faster and more dynamic style of fighting. Students do not qualify for belt or stripe ranks in the BJJ No Gi program. 50 mins.

HIIT Training is based on circuit training based on calisthenics and light weight lifting exercises. Striking training is based on punches and kicks bag work and pad work with a professional coach. Fight Fit is the perfect total body workout that will help toning up your body and teach fundamental boxing and kickboxing.
