Daily Ultimate Training (DUT(TM)) is UFC GYM's signature high-intensity interval training bootcamp designed to consistently shock your system and deliver results. The focus is on safe technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Each DUT class is a unique combination of modalities guaranteeing you will be challenged to the end. Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility, quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights.

TRX class uses the TRX suspension training system, which uses your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class is not recommended for participants with shoulder injuries.

Youth Kickboxing class teaches basic Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills and combinations. Kickboxing Bag class teaches the basics: stance, punching and kicking combinations, footwork. A typical Youth Kickboxing class includes; cardio calisthenics, shadow kickboxing, bag work, which includes punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes in addition to core strengthening exercises. This is a fun and exciting class that will leave kids wanting to come back for more. The 150 lb. heavy bags are the primary focus of the class.

Fight FIT class teaches the basic MMA skills with a cardio kick. The classes simulate a UFC Championship fight with five, five-minute rounds. Fight Fit class utilizes grappling dummies and hanging bags. A basic class includes cardio calisthenics; punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes, sprawls, grounded bags, pummeling the bags, break fall, bag work, and core strengthening exercises.
